Biographical Sketch:
Betty Rose Champion was born July 3, 1928 in McCracken County, KY to James Richard 'Dick' Holt , a barber and beautician, and her mother (sic)Tilford. She attended Heath High School and Paducah Beauty School. She worked in the Cosmetics and Beautician field all of her life. She married W.T. Champion, of Charleston, MO on December 26, 1948. They had two children, Nancy Diane Johnston and Debbie Sue.
