Vivian Jesse Barlow was born February 1, 1895 to Clifton J. and Carrie M. Barlow in Barlow, KY. He lived in Connecticut teaching music for many years of his life. He died on June 28, 1990.
Description:
Mr. Barlow discusses the Barlow Family history. He remembers life in the Barlow community when he was a child and mentions the water system and electric power. He recalls incidents of rabies in the area and the use of a Mad Stone as a cure. He aslso decribes a kitchen utensil called a Fireless Cooker.
