Its editor was Mickerline Baptiste and referenced Carter G Woodson's book from Jet Magazine. Published out of Paducah, Kentucky, during the late 20th and early 21st centuries, it's primary editor and owner was Katheryn Elise Conway Robinson, releasing the first edition on Monday, April 15, 1991. The paper covered Paducah, Murray, Mayfield, and much of the surrounding area.
