Private Robert Neal Parkin; Paducah, Kentucky; Born at Paducah Sept. 21, 1892; Son of Sarah E. and Albert Parkin; Graduated from Castle Heights, Lebanon, Tenn. Enlisted in Engineers' Corps February 14, 1918. Was at the front four times, where he was when the armistice was signed.
