Seaman Paul Montgomery Judd; Paducah, Kentucky; Born at Paducah April 15, 1894; Son of Thomas E. and Minnie E. Judd. Entered the U. S. Navy June 4, 1917. Trained at Newport, R. I. and Portsmouth, N. H. Left on the U. S. S. Florida for foreign service. Witnessed the surrender of the German fleet. Met President Wilson in London and escorted him to Brest, France. Arrived in New York December 26, 1918, and took part in Naval Review.
