Sergeant Stephen P. Coltharp; Paducah, Kentucky; Born at Charlotte, N. C., April 30, 1888; Son of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Coltharp; Entered Engineers' Corps Sept. 19, 1917; Left in first increment, 1917, for Camp Taylor in charge of 126 boys. Landed in France May 19, 1918.

Rouse; Entered Service June 23, 1918; Assigned to Co. 9, 3rd Battalion, 159th Depot Brigade on arrival at Camp Taylor. Placed on special duty with Cardis Vascular Board June 25, 1918 as clerk. Placed in charge of clerical work of Camp Disability Board on July 1, 1918. Transferred to Medical Department July 23, 1918. Made Sergeant in the Medical Department September 4, 1918.
