Biographical Sketch: 
Dixie Nichols was born on March 2, 1940 in Paducah, KY. She graduated from Tilghman High School and attended Paducah Junior College. She married Gene Nichols in 1968. While living in Germany for two years, their son Steven Nichols was born. They returned to Paducah and had their second son, Greg Nichols, in 1962. Thier third son, Brian Keith Nichols, was born in 1972. Dixie was a stay at home mother for 20 years, but in 1982 after returning to Paducah Junior College, she graduated and begain a new career as a teacher. Interview takes place in the Business Office Education Lab at Paducah Community College in Paducah, KY.
